Pour répondre au besoin de petits logements à faible loyer sur l’agglomération Caennaise, le pôle Habitat acquiert et rénove des logements T1 ou T2, afin de les proposer à la location aux personnes isolées ou en couple ayant de faibles revenus, et éprouvant des difficultés à intégrer un logement social sur l’agglomération caennaise.

Indicateurs

Depuis 2022, l’association Revivre, par le biais de son pôle, a acquis 49 logements à très bas niveau de loyer.
